- Eight eggs
Prepare a baking dish of nine inches by 13 inches, by spraying it with cooking spray. Preheat the oven at 375 Fahrenheit. Combine the eight eggs and other ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until the ingredients are well mixed, then pour into the baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes. When done, cut into squares and serve.
4. Seared Pork Tenderloin

- Two lbs. of pork tenderloin
- A third of a cup of water
- One tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- One clove of garlic, minced
- One tablespoon of chopped parsley
- A half of a teaspoon each of salt and sage
Pour oil into a skillet, then heat. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and sage on the pork. Place in the skillet and brown on each side. Mix in water and garlic, then reduce heat to medium. Cover, and cook for 15 minutes. When done, sprinkle parsley on top, slice the pork, and serve.
