  5. Sprinkle Xanthan Glue over the broth, and quickly whisk it in.  Bring to a low simmer, 1-2 minutes, stirring all the time.
  6. Measure sour cream and add together to a pocket-size bowl.  Chop-chop whisk some of the hot goop into the sour cream to temper it.  Pour the sour cream mixture into the pan and cook for 5 minutes until thickened.
  7. Add beef and any residuum juices to the pan and simmer for 2 minutes more.

  9. Add to bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
